This is a 3000sq. ft. condo that needed a full renovation. A complete reconfiguration was difficult because we needed to move pipes without going into the floors as this was a condo. We worked with the design by putting steps in the bathroom and installing floating vanities that disguised the raised pipes. The client had a large budget and wanted this to be the perfect home, so we moved walls to alter the size of the master bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living space. We completed the rooms with custom floors and cabinetry, all while abiding to the condo board’s rules about noise and materials brought into the building.
