Humble Beginnings

Our founder, Jack, grew up in Lebanon. His father built a career from handyman to high-rise developer, and Jack worked alongside him, learning the trade.
After moving to Canada, he became a project manager at a building company. He grew frustrated with the way the company treated homeowners-- contractors cut corners, forced clients to juggle bids, and treated them like just another job. He knew there was a better way.
In 2005 Jack started renovating homes himself, with only a truck and a commitment to doing things right.
Today, Golden Bee Homes is a full-service design-build firm, creating a seamless, stress-free experience for homeowners across Toronto.

Founder of Golden Bee Homes, Jack is a third-generation builder with a passion for craftsmanship and detail. More than a builder, he’s a creator, dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service.

His collaborative approach and reliability have earned him lasting client relationships and a strong industry reputation. Jack takes pride in turning concepts into beautifully completed projects.`

Maria Giacomini – Senior Designer

With over 20 years of experience in design-build, Maria leads the design process with creativity, style, and a talent for making renovations enjoyable. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from York University, with a focus on Visual Communication Design. Maria’s studies in cities like Florence, Rome, Nice, and Asia, inform her unique design approach.

Nicole Morales – Designer

Nicole’s passion for interior design and keen eye for innovative solutions bring client concepts to life. With advanced rendering skills, she creates realistic drawings that help clients visualize their finished projects and ease any concerns.

Since joining Golden Bee, Nicole has introduced fresh ideas and creative designs that our clients have loved.

Pars manages day-to-day project supervision and site operations, keeping clients informed and ensuring a smooth building process. With strong relationship-building, scheduling, and negotiation skills, he bridges the gap between clients and tradesmen.

Apo oversees all operations at Golden Bee Homes, ensuring smooth project execution. Starting as a laborer in 2015, he advanced quickly after earning his Construction Management degree and passing his Building Code exams.

Apo’s expertise and growth within the company make him a valuable asset to the team.

Lead Carpenter

Mo manages the day-to-day tasks of his projects, ensuring smooth progress. Joining Golden Bee in 2023, he quickly earned a strong reputation for reliability and trustworthiness.

Under Pars' mentorship, Mo excels at handling small jobs independently and coordinating trades on-site as Apo’s key point of contact.

Varak Balian – Director Of Sales & Marketing

Varak oversees Golden Bee's brand identity, ensuring it aligns with the Golden Standard. With a creative vision and keen awareness of trends, he keeps the company up-to-date with the latest technology to enhance services and productivity.

Varak is also a key player in the Bee Green initiative, launched in 2020.
