• Design Team Introduction & Site Review: As your project moves into the design phase, you’ll meet the team who will bring your vision to life. We return to your home for a detailed technical review, capturing precise measurements, scans, and reference photos to inform design development.
• Concept Presentation: Your designer invites you to the studio for your concept presentation, featuring 3D greyscale renderings and layout options that bring your vision to life. At this stage, we review the budget and provide transparent guidance based on the proposed design, ensuring clarity and alignment before moving forward.
• Design Refinement: Together, we review the concepts, refine the details, and begin selecting finishes that reflect your style and budget. We continue to refine the budget as the design progresses, ensuring your final fixed price comes with no surprises.
• Final Selections & Price Review: Once the design is finalized, we present a detailed scope of work and investment summary for your review and approval—establishing your fixed price before construction begins.

• Pre-Construction Meeting: Meet your Project Manager, review the construction schedule, and discuss key milestones before work begins.

• Progress Updates & Guided On-Site Walkthroughs: Throughout construction, you’ll receive regular updates, photos, and check-ins to stay informed on progress. We’ll also walk through the project together at five key stages—Post-Demo, Electrical, Tile Installation, Finishes, and Final Walkthrough—to ensure every detail aligns with your expectations and vision.

Construction complete, moving into Completion & Care

Our Client Care and Warranty Teams guide you as your vision comes to life and continue supporting you long after move-in.

• Final Walkthrough & Handover: Tour your home to ensure every element meets your expectations and receive your warranty documents and care guides.
• Celebrate Your Home: Step in, relax, and take pride in your newly completed Golden Bee Home. Our team marks this milestone with you — a small celebration to toast your transformation and welcome you home.
• Post-Completion Quality Reviews: 100-day and 365-day check-ins to review performance and address any adjustments.
• 5-Year Extended Warranty + Manufacturer Guarantees: Covers labour, materials, and all product warranties for lasting peace of mind.
