This Willowdale condo renovation was completed to refresh and modernize a long-standing interior through a series of coordinated upgrades.
The scope included a full kitchen renovation, a complete rework of the primary ensuite, repainting throughout much of the home, new tile flooring in the powder room, and targeted electrical upgrades.
A balanced contemporary and traditional approach guided the overall composition, with cabinetry, tile, plumbing fixtures, and paint selections working together to establish a consistent interior language.
In the primary ensuite, the existing tub was replaced with a walk-in shower, introducing a more open, spa-like environment.

The project required careful coordination within the constraints of an existing condo structure. Electrical upgrades in the kitchen were resolved within tight wall conditions, requiring strategic adjustments to accommodate new requirements. Areas of original Brazilian hardwood flooring were seamlessly matched where modifications were made, maintaining continuity across the main living areas. Through close collaboration between Design and Production, challenges were addressed efficiently as they arose. The result is a cohesive interior, delivered with clarity, restraint, and precision.
